New Oxford House, 118-120 Old Christchurch Rd, Bournemouth BH1 1NA, UK – 0800 554 0320
This branch could do with attending to the air conditioning, if it has any. Staffed by lot of older people, mainly women. Could do with a staff focussed health regime. Air quality: dingy, stuffy. Maybe employ a Building Surveyor and a employee health specialist to encourage interest in Nationwide as a modern and progressive business. Usually busy, long queues. I think the whole branch needs a slight overhaul. Nice pleasant staff. Strange smell as soon as entering. I heard they clean the composite stone floor with bees wax. Not good. Organic matter decays producing bad odours. Maybe get some male staff for a balance. Women though good at customer relations and data entry are often not too good at technical and manual stuff. Overall impression: nice, friendly and helpful staff but the ambience is a bit jaded/whiffy/outdated. I think the branch was last modernised in mid to early 1990's.
Rather hot inside during the summer but the staff are very prompt with any enquiries.

I have to say it's a very impressive building apparently used to be a hotel well situated in the centre of Bournemouth looks fantastic as you can see floodlit at night staff extremely helpful I find going down there much easier than phoning up not often a long wait and for the most part very efficient helpful and friendly I have seen several weddings here or certainly the receptions great backdrop
Used the Citizens Advice service which is in the west wing. All voluntares doing a great job. Got great advice on how to move forward. Recommended.

Always good. Dr.Lee always explains things very well and puts everyone at ease.
The orthodontist is arrogant, he can be nice but his tone when you ask questions, as if it's a stupid question and the answer is obvious. He's consistently late and changes his availability all the time. Throughout the time I had my braces I had to go for regular appointments and had the braces in months longer than needed because they cancelled appointments left right and centre - he's sick then he decides he wants to finish early, then he wants to start later, then he's on holiday - couldn't wait to stop seeing him.

Love this surgery, receptionists and doctors are all lovely. Don't have a bad thing to say. Wonderful. Dr Mitchell is the best doctor I've ever had!
Reception and clinical staff always polite and helpful. I've been a patient at the surgery for 13 years and have never had any issues with the service or the staff - only positive things to say.
12 Walpole Rd, Bournemouth BH1 4HA, UK – 01202 395195
I don't get what some of the critics here are complaining about - it wasn't that terrible. And at least they do do bookings. Although I was a little concern when they asked if I was sexually active. For a minute, I thought the nurse was coming on to me! Also, I felt the examination was only half done - there might have been other medical issues that they are supposed to ask. But it was still a decent and professional place.
Why does it take so long to get an appointmnent as 3 weeks is a bit of a joke when ill to be expected to wait to see your own doctor.
68 Palmerston Rd, Bournemouth BH1 4HT, UK – 01202 393755
OK, I have been down here a couple of times, but this rude receptionist that you all spoke about doesn't seem to work there anymore. Clearly, she must have been sacked for her behaviour. The services are good. The problem is that you need a prescription for skin cream and that would be booking an appointment - and I feel it just wastes the doctors and nurses time.

My partner has just had a hip replacement. From admission to discharge totally professional, courteous and caring. Well Done. looking forward to Hip replacement 2( the return).
Lovely staff, they put a great deal of care and attention so that everything is fine. Really appreciative of what they are doing!
67 Lansdowne Rd, Bournemouth BH1 1RW, UK – 01202 291866
Friendly and efficient staff from receptionists to catering to nurses. That coupled with calm and professional attitude of consultant and his theatre team made the experience quite enjoyable. Obviously the operation being a success added to that.
To all the Staff at the Nuffield Apologies for the time lapse of this review I've been busy healing. Firstly a massive thank you to all concerned with my care and treatment during my brief stay at your hospital. Thank you especially to Doctor Carter, who in the short time we chatted before the op allayed any doubts or worries that I might have had and more importantly for the beautiful job done, many thanks sir. It's two weeks tomorrow that I had my op and the healing process is going very well. I was a very fortunate man indeed to be treated and looked after so well at the Nuffield, so once again thanks to you all. David Lamb

I cannot speak highly enough of Dorset Heart Clinic team. The help, information and support I received both in the lead up to my procedure, during my procedure and in my after care was above and beyond my highest expectations. From the admin staff through to the nursing & clinical staff and my consultant Dr Sopher, their care, understanding, clear communication and friendly reassurance was second to none and completely put me at ease at a time when I was very anxious. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic and it’s amazung team. Thank you to you all. Christine Chant
Extremely happy with the pleasant and efficient way I personally have been dealt with. Have been given plenty of pre-op information and nothing has been too much trouble if I have had any queries. I am yet to have my operation so at this moment in time I cannot comment further.

Very very good place nice people
I have been a member of the Church ofJesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon) since late 1963. I was working in in a shop in Kinson, an area of Bournemouth at that time. Two LDS missionaries had come into the shop to buy something and had a conversation with the shop assistant who was an Australian. The upshot of this was they left a book called Meet the Mormons with her.. She was not really interested in reading it . I worked in the workshop above the shop and on occasion it was necessary for me to go in the shop itself to get something or other. On this occasion she asked me to give this book to a lady in an upstairs office, which I did. She also wasn't interested in looking at it so I left it on my work bench and carried on with my work Lunch time came around so I sat down to eat my sandwiches and as I had nothing else to do I started to read the Book. I got really interested in it and asked the Australian girl if I could take it home with me to finish reading it. She agreed and I took it home and finished it. About ten days later she contacted me and said that there were two Americans in the shop who wished to speak to me. I went down and spoke to them and we conversed about the book and what I thought of it.. The rest is history, Yes I did eventually join their church and I have been a member for over fifty years now. My wife and I go regularly to Church nearly every Sunday health permitting. The views of the Bournemouth Chapel you see here are lovely . The building consistent of Chapel for worship, a cultural hall , a kitchen, classrooms for. Sunday school and other meetings, toilets, a library, a walk in font for baptisms and rooms to change in. A large car park and at least two offices. Most Latter Day Saint Chapel's have these facilities? I accidentally came across this site which has asked me to is rate and review it. So I am giving it ten out of ten. And my review you have just read. Just a little bit more. There are other Chapels within our area. Poole, Christchurch, Weymouth,, Jersey, Yeovil, Salisbury

I have never been to a service but this is a lovely venue to hire with amazing staff
This church has become my home and my family. Everybody is so welcoming and it is run in the true essence of Christ, love and family. Everybody is truly welcome here with no judgement what so ever, whoever you are come and join us and revolutionize your life!

Superb church very well kept right in the centre of Bournemouth is absolutely huge grounds well kept located really close to Old Christchurch Road the pedestrianized part of it were all the shops and cafes are little piece of sanctuary in the middle of Bournemouth with a huge spire
Called localy 'Mary Shelley Church' is sort of highligit in Bournemouth and all this mystery story plus tomb of the author on cemetery grounds makes a thrill, especially when U go there after dark. Besides that nothing special of architectural point

First visited 4 years ago and it's still as fantastic. Wonderful food and service and an incredibly welcoming owner. Great indoor and outdoor seating and well worth the short walk to get there from the seafront. 》Please like helpful reviews《
The food was lovely but be warned the portions are on the small side. The service on the other hand let a lot to be desired. We waited a long time to get the menu or even to put our order. Also 7.50 for dessert is a bit much as well.
Exeter Rd, Bournemouth BH2 5AH, UK – 01202 203610
We love this restaurant with its enviable position overlooking the beaches of Bournemouth and the park- fabulous cocktail bar and great food. We arrived a little later than planned due to traffic and the service was less attentive than our previous experience but it didn’t affect the quality of the food - recommend this for something a bit more interesting than the usual chain restaurant options with a touch of fine dining about it. See you next time we are visiting 👍
Good location. Nice cocktails. Nice staff. However..... food was mediocre. Over cooked steak. Had to ask for a proper steak knife. Saw others struggling to cut through theirs too. Overpriced for what you get.
Arbor Restaurant, The Green House Hotel, 4 Grove Road, Bournemouth BH1 3AX, UK – 01202 498900
Lovely, quiet restaurant within a hotel. Adventurous menu catering for gluten free but not dairy free. The staff work with you within the limits of the menu. Presentation cool and you are not rushed. Journey at your own pace. Well placed for a good walk along East Cliff, with a free and sizeable car park. The jelly and ice cream dessert is a wonderful take on a family favourite.
Another excellent meal in the Arbor's beautiful dining room. The restaurant has a varied menu including British favourites with a twist; beef in red wine with dumplings. Prices are high, but reflect the quality of the food and service.Beetroot and dill soup sounds odd; but it was outstanding and appropriate for a cold March night. This is a sedate restaurant with a varied clientele; business men; couples and three ladies (us). The Arbor Restaurant is in the boutique, Eco hotel: The Green House.

My little boy went here as his first nursery at 2. I was extremely apprehensive at first but the staff and setting were absolutely fantastic! My little boy loved it immediately and my nerves were settled 🍌 The preschool is a lovely size with fantastic indoor and outdoor activities! Staff are always so willing to help and provide extra support if needed! Uniforms are 1000000% cute as well ❤️ Overall great service great staff and lovely setting!
My daughter has been attending Top Bananas for just over a year. She attends 2 days a week and always comes home smiling and telling me all about her day with her friends. Staff are so friendly and welcoming.. always speak highly of them and would recommend it to anyone looking to place their children in to nursery/pre school.

Fantastic! We are so pleased that we found this school for our children. It has a lovely family atmosphere. The head teacher and staff are so enthusiastic, hard working and approachable. The small class sizes ensure plenty of individual attention and we are very happy with the curriculum and with all aspects of the school. They have their own large sports field behind the building, and are also very close to the Stokewood Sports Centre where they have swimming and gym lessons each week. Highly recommended!
Woo St Martin's! I went here and have such fond and happy memories. It got my friends and I through the 11+ and into BSG/BS and set me up very well for secondary school as I was ahead of most of the kids there in Year 7. I also remember it being a small school with a happy family vibe where no bullying took place. I loved the sports days and school trips in particular. I am still friends with some of my class today and if I still live in Bournemouth when I have my own children, St Martin's would genuinely be where I would send them.

My 3 year old started Linwood in September and I have seen a massive positive difference in him, before starting Linwood he didn't want to interact much with non family members and would keep himself to himself now he gets involved in story time and takes direction a lot better also the staff are all fab and update me everyday with how his day has gone.
I was once a pupil at linwood school going to that school made me who I am today I'll be 30 in June 2018 this time next year I will be experiencing new key factors in life living with a family who I don't know and having a job which I know nothing about, I started at linwood and quickly became a big pain in the ass to many but I soon learn how to grow up, I went on from linwood where there i failed in mainstream and went back to special school with Winchelsea roughly 20 years down the line and I still wish I was there today, while I was on the princess trust team 23 I took many of the students out to streetwise to show them the hazards of fire & rescue I would just like to say a massive thankyou to those that I was involved with teachers students ect and I hope you are all well live and kicking take care and god bless you are all.

The best language school in the UK. Huge nationality mix, nice people, great teachers and enjoyable lessons.
126 Richmond Park Rd, Bournemouth BH8 8TH, UK – 01202 635630
Visited and like it. Meets the needs of adults with mental health conditions really well, all sorts of therapies in place. Don't worry about the colleges main description of autism, it actually helps a lot of different problems. The only thing I'd complain about is a mixture of higher and lower ability students, maybe not the best match. Brilliant either way.
