Another perfect stay at this glorious hotel with Victorian elegance impressing us at every turn. We were lucky to be given another spacious room with high ceilings and French doors to a private patio leading to the garden, and all for £80! And what a garden it is, great planting and sun loungers with a few steps to the gate to the cliffs, beach, pier and sea below! We look forward to our evening meal every time, with a choice of tasty food available from Oscar’s Brasserie. Buffet restaurants are so popular abroad but so rare in England, so this is a real find and we will be back as often as possible!
The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfasts was delicious and plenty of it. My room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is fabulous. I had a wonderful sea view. Parking is a big problem in Bournemouth.

Love this hotel. The staff are always friendly and the food is very good. It is a little tired now but always book a better room which is nicely decorated and comfortable. Great location for central Bournemouth attractions. Parking at £15 per day is expensive
Hotel ok. Staff very helpful. We had bar food which we found very enjoyable. Unfortunately people in the room above us decided to play there music loudly. Some might like to be awoken at 7.45 to sweet home Alabama playing a full blast but I'm not one of them. Hopefully there speaker will be broken soon as we are here for another 2 nights

Really nice old fashioned pub. Great selection of Wadsworth ales. Really good food. Had an out side court yard which is great on really hot days for a bit of shade, and us good on worse days as very sheltered. Has a pool table. Can get a bit roudy but normally has a nice atmosphere. Definitely a hidden gem!

Really nice cocktail bar with lots of draught beers massive selection of American beers including Sierra Nevada etc. They do cocktails which I didn't try but look really nice. And also great burgers! I had the crab fab with apple salad and soft shell crab and it was delicious. And I ordered a large triple cooked fries as well. Members of the staff were great and friendly. Toilets downstairs and a cash point if needed. And a big terrace which you can smoke and enjoy a cold drink and some food.

Excellent Manager who has an uncanny knack for hiring really great staff. Friendly, well managed pub with a good atmosphere. Great for all ages. Only the smallest of criticisms - music would be the icing on the cake and be so nice and relaxing ☺
Bustling pub atmosphere. Meals and drinks all very reasonably priced with some really good drink and a meal offers. Staff were very busy but polite and cheerful.

My Girlfriend and I, both students, used smart home rentals to acquire a flat for our final year. The team was always friendly and helpful, responding to and queries and concerns usually on the same day. Their contact regarding and viewings were always polite, informative and flexible. Having stayed in multiple places during my degree, smart home rentals were honestly the best estate agents that I’ve used, they treat you as friends rather than customers. I’d definitely recommend them to any one, not just students.
A friend and I used Smart Home Rental to rent 27B Durley Chine Road South; a 2 bedroom flat on a 9 month contract. As students in Bournemouth the length of tenancy was perfect, in addition to the property being exactly what was required in a excellent location. The use of My Property File (application) allowed us to report issues quickly and get a fast response, however Smart Home Rentals were also extremely efficient and friendly if called directly. The office is also only a short walk away from this property so any further issues could be resolve face to face. Having been at Bournemouth for 4 years I have used multiple estate agents and can honestly say that this was the most positive experience, with the least stress.

I have just bought a studio flat and decided to do holiday lets all year round. As I live in the US, it was of paramount importance to me that the agent that I chose to handle the lettings was an agent that I could trust to deal with things quickly and effectively in my absence. My other chief concern was customer service, not just for myself but for the holiday makers. To me customer service doesn't mean a lot, it means everything! And Churchfields have more than delivered on my expectations. They are not just friendly, but they have kept me informed in a very timely fashion, answering emails and phone calls promptly and have gone above and beyond to help me in the setting up process which, as a first timer at this, has been somewhat stressful! Room was small but perfectly suitable for a solo traveller. Location was excellent, very close to beach and pier. Very friendly staff. Parking was tight, but they had a nice system in place where you left reception your keys and they would move and rearrange the cars to make sure everyone had a parking space at all times. Would definitely recommend Brooklands for a short break in Bournemouth.
As a family of three, we stay down in the basement. First impression didn't seem Impressive... although I must say it is very clean, we were greeted by manager Steve. Plus we park our car on the driveway each day. Lovely quiet stay over 4 days, and superb breakfast, every day....my husband and son both had big breakfasts most days, freshly cooked and always comes as requested the French waiter is quite character too. I tried various different breakfasts; baked beans on toast with cheese, scrambled egg on toast with smoked salmon, lovely. Continental breakfast too with coffee teas and juice. Bed sheets all spotlessly clean, including the towels, toilet and shower. Net curtains, curtains and carpet all clean, walls and decoration simple and clean. Only two roads away from the beach, a perfect spot. Very close to all activities even when the weather isn't great. Thank you so much for the stay We will certainly come again. Styles clan.

Beautifully historic hotel, feels very homely. Quietly tucked in a corner close to town and the beach... Felt very welcomed by the onwer/s. Only problem is the parking that's all that let's it down other than that I would highly recommend the hotel.
Such a lovely hotel 3 very nice men who are lovely to chat to give us very good advice on where to go and what to do while weather was bad. Lovely room with TV and personal shower room and a very comfy bed. The 3 guys could have a laugh and cleaned the room for us every morning no trouble at all while booking hotel. I do suggest 100% making sure you have your own shower room before booking as some rooms do have to share! Hotel is very clean and very well looked after highly suggest staying!

We had a lovely stay. The bedroom was really comfortable, breakfast really tasty and both Martin and Faith were incredible at making sure we had a great weekend even though the weather was quite stormy. We would definitely return again.
Once again a wonderful stay at Beech Lodge. This guest house is beautifully appointed, clean, modern and well equipped. Martin and Faith are past masters in hospitality making all their guests feel important and welcomed. The food is of a very high standard, with special attention to dietary requirements.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Absolutely love coming here. Caravans are always spotless, the ladies in reception are very helpful and friendly. Nice little shop. The flowers are kept beautifully. Short walk to buses, and a nice river walk to the pub. The pizza van is super, definitely recommend. The park is in a perfect location as the beach and New Forest are not far. Thank you, Meadowbank for all your hard work into making this park my favourite holiday.
Fantastic holiday park! Accommodation spotlessly clean and modern, great children's play area and little on site shop. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. It was easy for us to visit the coast, forest and local attractions. We will be back soon! :)
