Lovely Dr surgery with lots of helpful professional people. Especially Lisa Plewka who is the most caring and friendly health care visitor I ever met.

Always get an appt when I need one. Triage system works well.

Best surgery I have ever been to, I have seen numerous doctors here and each one is attentive and listens! I never feel rushed and most of the time appointments are on time. I have always found the receptionists to be helpful and if need be I can get an appointment that day.

Always had an appointment on the same day that I have needed one. Doctors are all very thorough, kind and respectful and waiting area very clean and tidy. Receptionist could be a little more friendly but that is only 1 of them but obviously I won't say which one. Overall an excellent surgery

Trying to get an appointment is nigh on impossible, you phone up to make an appointment and your told there are no appointments, so you ask to make one in a day or so; you are told NO not allowed you must phone 8:30 on the day you want. Needless to say still got same medical issue now for 2 yrs as can never get to see a Doctor, when you do get to see a dr they are great. Getting to see one not a chance and to top it off you can’t even change surgeries, tried that as well.

Every time am at this surgery the doctors are very helpful. The only problem is the waiting time for me every time. Each appointment I have been made to wait 25 to an hour. I have learnt to turn up on the dot but waiting time is always longer and at the reception I always get a bizarre reaction from the receptionist no matter which one. Like I am covered in slime. Honestly if If was just a one time experience it would not make an difference but they make you feel uncomfortable every time I walk in. They jump as surprised to see me there so as a result of being made to wait and reception reaction of making you feel unwelcome before you have even made it to the reception is a put off. So looking to change Surgeries as a result.

My partner has just had a hip replacement. From admission to discharge totally professional,courteous and caring. Well Done. looking forward to Hip replacement 2( the return).

Lovely staff, they put a great deal of care and attention so that everything is fine. Really appreciative of what they are doing!

Friendly and efficient staff from receptionists to catering to nurses. That coupled with calm and professional attitude of consultant and his theatre team made the experience quite enjoyable. Obviously the operation being a success added to that.

To all the Staff at the Nuffield Apologies for the time lapse of this review I've been busy healing.      Firstly a massive thank you to all concerned with my care and treatment during my brief stay at your hospital.  Thank you especially to Doctor Carter, who in the short time we chatted before the op allayed any doubts or worries that I might have had and more importantly for the beautiful job done, many thanks sir.      It's two weeks tomorrow that I had my op and the healing process is going very well. I cannot speak highly enough of Dorset Heart Clinic team. The help, information and support I received both in the lead up to my procedure, during my procedure and in my after care was above and beyond my highest expectations. From the admin staff through to the nursing & clinical staff and my consultant Dr Sopher, their care, understanding, clear communication and friendly reassurance was second to none and completely put me at ease at a time when I was very anxious. Extremely happy with the pleasant and efficient way I personally have been dealt with. Have been given plenty of pre-op information and nothing has been too much trouble if I have had any queries. I am yet to have my operation so at this moment in time I cannot comment further.
