Good golf course BUT I see litter, I see poor greens, dogs.... Fouling. They need more staff more security more gardeners more bins and all round a bit of a better place. Even I must admit the golf is splendid that feeling when you get 6 below par it just phenomenal and at this course especially the aesthetic (apart from the little, fouling, bad greens and just junk) is pure amazing. Sometimes I think that the course needs a little revamp some more golf buggies or maybe even a high quality cuisine establishment to finish a day of golf (preferably with a g&t ha ha)
As a public place it is excellent. Kept immaculately tidy, litter does not exist. There are areas attached comprising childrens' play area, picnic areas and walks. A club house open to the public which is comfortable and well stocked. I could ask for nothing more (I must check if they do fried breakfasts)

Great value and lots of fun. 18 holes, with differing degrees of challenge, but none are impossible so even younger kids should be fine. Always busy (except if it's raining!), so you're often waiting for the people in front of you to finish play, and have people waiting behind you.
The mini golf is real good fun. It doesn't matter what age you are or your ability, whether your a Tiger Woods or a total novice. The setting is real nice, however some repairs and refurbishment are needed, but this does not affect the game and enjoyment.

This place is great for everyone, the 18 home course isn't too bad at all... the par 3 course is challenging for all abilities (foot golf also doubles up on the par 3). Then there is the crazy golf which is probably the best I've seen or played in the UK (almost at USA standard for a course). To top it off there is a decent bar and the food is relatively good as well. There is also a large American golf store if you need to buy anything... lastly there is a decent practice area and driving range, it really has everything you need for an afternoon of golf for everybody. Note for the par 3 course club hire is available but you need to bring your own golf balls as they are not supplied... they could do with providing range balls for this instead!
Great course when not flooded. Nice size range but could do with more to aim at, better distance markers and better ball dispensers. Great facilities and the crazy golf is amazing for the family. Reasonably priced (excluding American golf) and friendly staff.

I joined this gym recently and have used it several times now. I am over 60 and have severe osteoarthritis which causes muscle wastage. I am already feeling the benefit but am pleased that there is a lift to the first floor gym. Lovely sea views while you are exercising, and the best showers I've seen in any gym. Spacious individual cubicles and easy to use electric showers.
The only gym I've been to that plays 2 soundtracks at once.... Some staff can be verbally forceful when clearing areas- no smiles or polite language. Others will talk happily with you. Good kit Stupid crowded during term time 5-7 Cheap. Still on same rate I had on joining 6 years ago

I like this gym. For £15 a month on a rolling contract you can’t really go wrong. Recently revamped, it’s got a functional room (see pic) that you can always use even when classes are on which is great for HIIT training (other low priced gyms should take note). It’s also clean and nicely laid out. Only down point is lack of weights in the functional room and the early closing times on weekends; shutting at 8pm instead of 6pm would be beneficial.
I like the facilities from exercise machines, free weights and warm up areas. The inclusion of classes in the price is very attractive. The only downside is that the app for booking does not work. The website does work but can be slow
Deansleigh Road, Bournemouth BH7 7DZ, UK – 01202 416122
Well equipped gym with lovely pool area boasting steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and whirlpool. Would have given 5* but sometimes not 5* clean, and sometimes times too slow to fix things that break (e.g. the stream room)
Excellent place with friendly helpfull staff
Stoke Wood Rd, Bournemouth BH3 7ND, UK – 01202 055502
Only used the pool facility so can't speak for the whole venue but it's nice its a little rough around the edges but it has a long history and bags of character. Friendly helpful staff too
Nice facilities. Friendly staff. Only issue.. male changing room and shower ...little space.
East Way, Bournemouth BH8 9PZ, UK – 01202 055503
Sports hall unbearably hot on a hot day. Good facilities. Large range of sports on offer.
The gym is actually quality and if it had not been for the eye sore of BSB and the pesky kids always running about being stupid when all I want to do it gym hard and go home. They have good indoor facilities but too many BLASTING kids going about the place. Weekends and after 6 are the only times I would go to avoid the girls (ew) and boys (also ew) but would recommend to anyone with a BHlive and lives in the local area looking for a quite gym except when there are kids which is half the time so you can probably time it alright

We've been to lots of leisure clubs and hotels for spa days. We visited the Marriott for the first time today and loved it. The indoor pool is light and airy with big windows overlooking the sea. You can turn the loungers around and watch the waves, while relaxing with a book, occasionally dipping in the pool, sauna and steam room. The pool isn't that big but it's nice, the gym is small but adequate, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are all fine. The changing rooms and showers are good quality. There is a heated outdoor pool which is open seasonally. There were people in it today when we visited. Friendly, helpful staff and lovely position. Will definitely be back.
Lovely old hotel. Good facilities and great food. Though drinks a tad expensive

Very good for getting the kids active
I don't use the stadium but I use the park. This is a fantastic place to take your dogs.
